You found one of the best resources - this forum! I would also recommend trade shows/conventions, trade publications and visiting other well-run and successful washes. Talk to other operators - make some road trips and see what is going on.

What do you have - self serve, IBA, tunnel?

Thanks for the warm welcome, WashnShine. I have an IBA & Self-serve wash. I've definitely found myself checking out other washes recently and will take up your advice on chatting to other operators.

I think every new car wash owner should attend every car wash convention that they can to network with other operators and to talk directly with the equipment manufactures. We’ve been to probably been to 30 car wash conventions over the last 40 years and still learn something new at every convention.
