I tried to fire up the hydro spray today after being off due to freezing weather. The pump has been dripping a little. I turned it on today and it just poured out water. Something in the main line is frozen, so that probably finished it off. So is that low pressure seals? I have two other used 3535s that I know nothing about. I need to either swap the head or change the crankcase and all. What would make more sense to do? I’ve never been into a 3535. I think tomorrow will be busy, so I need to make an effort to get up and running. Thanks!

A 3535 is a little more complex than a 5 frame plunger pump, but if you watch a video and take your time it's not overly difficult. In twenty years of owning probably eight or ten 3535s over various times I've just recently installed new seals for only the second time. Since the components and seal kit are expensive I do it as instructed and use a torque wrench. The hardest part to me was getting out the old seals
