OP - I've been a WashCard customer since I bought my wash. Their customer service has been the best I've ever experienced from any company in any industry I've been involved with.

I'm at the show here in Ft Worth and plan to go by the booth and see what it's all about. Anything particular you're wanting to k now or just owner/user feedback?
