Rumor has it that Washworld is announcing something new soon. Anyone attend SW Carwash show and hear anything?

I remember a few years ago they were going to introduce something new and exciting at the show. Seems they hyped it pretty good. I don't even remember what it was. I think it was about as exciting as applesauce.
Maybe the XR7 or double barrel?

Often they are more hype than substance. While I like our Razor and beginning to like our new Profile they have been more hype than thorough thought - I wonder if they speak with owners. If I recall the Double Barrel was a disappointment as many were hoping for a Petit like two arm machine not one that needs more ceiling height. The only constant are the price increases. Anyhow will be interesting to see the Spring announcement.

This Maybe? If you only evaluate your own products=complacency. Dont want to pick on WW but I hope they rise to the competition. Double barrel is a start but keep working on throughput- Speak to the operators and remember why you left PDQ

No one picking on WW. I still have owned 5 machines. It’s hard to get fast throughput on a touch free machine since you are relying upon chemicals, dwell time, and water to do all the heavy work. A dual arm machine would be very interesting as that could reduce the wash times.

That is my point as well. I hope WW pays attention. The markets needs competition in the higher throughput world. I think they can do a 2 arm 2 pump machine

Instead of making a double arm machine, some manufacturers might rather have operators by two machines if they want more throughout. Of course, two double machines would beat that.
