Showed up to the automatic today. This is my first automatic. Been a Self serve guy most my life.

showed up at the automatic said “ out of service” so I tried resetting manually. Nothing

next I reset it at the pay station. It never finished booting up. It’s just stuck on ver 2.01

any tips or ideas??

Mine did that. I’m pretty sure you need some heat.

This is for an older version, but may help you troubleshoot. I'm sure @Randy will be in here soon.

This is from Page 47 of the manual:
It is necessary to troubleshoot and correct the problem before normal operation can resume. Shutting off
power to the unit will not erase this error condition. To resume normal operation, it is necessary to:
1. Acknowledge that you have seen the error. To do this, press the YELLOW
button on the controller. When this button is pressed the display will show
the detected error. (Possible errors and their descriptions are covered later
in this section.)
2. After making note of the error and correcting the problem, it is necessary to
once again press the YELLOW button to return to normal operation. When
this button is pressed the display will read:
ERROR ACKNOWLEDGED
3. The display will then return to the welcome prompt.
A version 2.01 controller is a very old controller.
