I just bought a wash with a MARK VII Softwash XT. It’s been great… but the last couple days it hasn’t been completing washes. I opened the side bay junction box and there are wires that seem to be unplugged (pictured)… is this normal or has someone vandalized this? Yea… I will be getting locks now. If someone out there has a picture of this box as it should be that could be very helpful. Please advise.

I would say they are unused wires due to the way they are twisted together. Plus some of the ends are not stripped back to expose any wire beyond the sheathing. I think you need to start with the error codes and work from there and/or watch it wash a car and see what is actually happening and at what step it is faulting.

Thanks for the replies. Figured out the issue. Y’all are right. It’s not the wires.
