I blame the criminal activity at my car wash on the __________________________massive cultural shift towards defanging police enforcement, the failure of district attorneys to effectively prosecute "minor crimes," and the acceptance of minimal incarceration when actually convicted.
Government is a reflection of it's constituency and the current reflection isn't pretty.
