I’ve seen people use e Bay and carwash consignment. If you know other local regional operators that you can reach out to, that could simplify shipping/transport and also eliminate the need to involve a third party in the transaction.

The best place I have found for selling is Facebook Marketplace. Join the private groups "TalkCarWash Marketplace" and "Car Wash Equipment - Buy*Sell*Trade" and post your listings there.
