Tire Cleaner stopped working for one of the bays

So it finally happened, tire cleaner stopped working for one of the bays. I have owned the car wash for a little over the year and this is the first time a function stopped working on one of the bays. Looking at the tire cleaner operation, it looks like its an electric pump and then what appears to be solenoids. Can someone take a look at the attached pictures and confirm if that is what it is. The issue is with the valve that has the blue tape on it.

What a mess! Those are solenoid valves that are mounted in a box. Get out the voltmeter and see if you have power the that solenoid valve or you can use a small screwdriver to see if he coil is on when the valve energized. If it is energized try taking the solenoid apart to see if there is anything inside that shouldn't be there. What kind of electric pump are you using?

Thank you Randy! It looks like it was the Relay (https://www.grainger.com/product/5X...gucid=EMT:11126144:Item:CSM-323&emcid=NA:Item). I was just messing around and trying all parts and when I tried this from the next bay, it started working. I couldnt believe my luck

Thank you so much. It turned out to be the relay that was the issue. Once I replaced it, all went back to normal.
