Thanks for the reply. I have a $15 maximum on the cards, does the free wash run it all the way to $15 and stop?Yes. They process as fast as a credit card (3-5 seconds) I use them when I need to send a free wash. They are bit expensive, and it seems like a big waste of plastic, but it is really my only choice for issuing a free wash.

that's correctYes, whatever your max is set at is what the customer can get
So, one time use are count don even if swipers are set to count up?
So, if it is a $15 card and first time customer only uses $5 count up they can use the remaining $ another time? No. They are count up on my property. They will run on bays or vacuums until the programmed time limit or the customer stops them. On the automatic they will work on any car wash. I don't use many of them, mainly for promotional/gift purposes. If a customer has a credit card I just prefer to refund via virtual terminal.
No, it's good for one time only, up to the shut off time programmed in your timers. So, if it is a $15 card and first time customer only uses $5 count up they can use the remaining $ another time?
We use them sparingly. They are greatly appreciated when we give them out. Brings a big smile and probably solidifies the customer relationship. Cannot wait h til the QR version is available as we replaced our swipers in one location to the Tap Plus. The $1per card cost is part of the marketing budget.
I have used them to issue a free wash in the event i cannot meet up with the customer to make things right...although this is very sparingly as most of the time they call and i remote start the equipment in another bay and the problem is rectified immediately.Has anyone used these cards with a swiper? How do they work and are they a good marketing tool?
So I can't see selling them as an option because if you had some vending machine that sold them for $15 or even at a discount and the customer only used half what they paid they would be ticked off.No, it's good for one time only, up to the shut off time programmed in your timers.
No intention of hijacking thread but how ya liking the tap plus ?We use them sparingly. They are greatly appreciated when we give them out.
