Im pretty sure that machine is called a POS!! lol jp. I can tell though it's a stationary unit most likely ran by a dealership.

It wasn’t uncommon in the 1970’s and 1980’s to find some small, regional manufacturers that pretty much made “homemade “ equipment. This looks like it might be from that era and could be a one of very few machines from a small, never really heard of company.

If the machine is stationary and there is no conveyor then it was never meant for the general public to use. Trained people only and even then they still get jacked up.

Could be a very early N/S design that I have never seen before. They have a pretty high presence in the drive through/dealership market. Not sure they ever used hydraulic motors though. My bet is still a home made/ very small manufacturer.
