I’m located in southeast Kansas, and the building was built in 2007 but guessing the owner bought an older setup to outfit it. I have a plan in motion to replace soap brush with air logic FB system. And the rest I think will be fine with a soap change and proper ratio.Welcome to the forum. I am astonished that this system was built in 2007. It looks like it was a design used in the 80s.
In addition to Kleen Rite and National Pride, Etowah Valley Equipment in Etowah, NC also sells a budget line of equipment, but if you're really tight on money you can DIY and save a few bucks. If you decide to go that route let us know and we can try to help.
What part of the country are you in?

It’s as frustrating for us as it is for you to throw money at a solution only to find out you had better options.I have a plan in motion.
I actually was putting those pieces in the cart at Kleenex rite when I ran across one already together for not a lot more than what it was gonna cost me to build it. Ideally I would like to get this done and see if we can skate by a year before replacing the pump stands. I’m kinda interested in seeing current revenue over a year before investing to much financially.Wow. I thought that kind of equipment was long gone. I'd also love to know the story of how a wash was built in 07 with equipment that was an obsolete design 30 years ago.
More to the repeated point, it's not a matter of if but when that stuff needs to be reconfigured or replaced. There are several manufacturers that make quality products that are far simpler and and actually provide the functions customers want. The low pressure is the simplest functions. You already have tanks, you just need 2 banks of solenoids(air and liquid), regulators, and a Flojet pump.
I do appreciate all the input from everyone. My plan is simple for now. Waiting for guy to send me price of shipping on the air logic and replace that old well pump with that. Then get water softener figured out and soap straightened out. Then just maintain things and see how system does.Do us all a favor and run your plan by someone. People here are extremely helpful.
