Signature series titration

Our bays that are using signature series awe and Intensity chem are not washing cars well. Have bumped up the titration numbers and increased the dwell time and the time it takes the pass to go around the car and it's not cleaning cars well. Any suggestions?

We switched off of reclaim water to see if that would help and it didn't make a difference

Were you using reclaim water for presoak on a touchless machine? I could not imagine that would work well. Have you tested the hardness? Soft water can make a huge difference in cleaning.

We were using reclaim on the first H/p rinse not on presoak sorry for the confusion. What do you mean water hardness? Sorry I'm just a tech I'm not familiar with some stuff yet.

You need to check the water with something like these:

Up your titration until you like the results. We have found that dilution ratios on chemical containers are much weaker than they should be to really clean a car.

Check water hardness. Super easy to do. Hel, i can do it in 27 secs.
If you can't do that, you need to get out immediately & mow yards.
