I need the part number of the 24 VAC solenoid coil shown in the pics below or suitable replacement part number. Please help, any useful info is greatly appreciated!!!! I've exhaustively searched online and I can't seem to find it.

Part numbers involved:
Boiler RayPack H1-0541C Serial Number 1312369831
Gas Valve Part Number Robertshaw #006509F Series 7000DSTRDHHC-1-S7A

I have a RayPack H1-0541C 500K boiler for Floor Heat. Whelp last night at 11:30, I get an automated text my slab temp is below 36°F. I try to reset the boiler remotely, and I can see the circulator pump is running but there is no heat. So off I go to the wash in the middle of the night.

For reference, we just got about 6" of snow yesterday and we're beginning a 3 day stretch of day time highs in the teens and night time lows at or just below 0°F

I troubleshoot, and get the floor heat up and running, but to do so I borrowed parts from my product water boiler. (Raypack H3-0403B-BCCRDAA)

The part I need is on the gas valve, it's the main solenoid coil. Not the solenoid itself. Just the small 24 VAC coil. It's very similar to the coils on the solenoid manifolds we use for low pressure functions like foamy brushes.

Gas Valve: Robertshaw Part No 006509F its a 7000DSTRDHHC-1-S7A Gas Valve. https://www.grainger.com/product/RAYPAK-Gas-Valve-006509F-Mfr-Part-40LY74

See Pics of the coil. The gas valve is $1330 from my local HVAC place, and we know this coil should be like a $15-$30 part. But for the life of me I cant find just the coil online. Please help.

Some measurements of the coil:
The hole inside diameter of the coil is .437" (7/16")
The overall height of the coil is .875" (7/8")

did you get your new coil?
Sadly, no. They wont sell individual parts for the gas valve. So buying a complete $1300 unit was the only solution.
Should be here tomorrow.

I am currently closed. Daytime highs are low teens, and tonight we'll fall below zero. Similar temps on Wednesday.
I plan to open back up on Thursday when we warm into the mid 20s.

Friday should be upper 20s, Saturday flirting with 30, and Sunday we might go above freezing. So I am looking forward to being very busy this weekend.

My floor heat is running, I borrowed the coil from the product water heater to make that happen. But currently I have no product water heat.

I can confirm they do not sell the solenoid separately. If you can find a source please share as I have been looking for one for 3 years.

it can't be that impossible to find! It's not a proprietary part. It's not made by the company that makes the gas valve. It's made by some other company that sells solenoid coils to a whole bunch of other places I am sure. What about the link I sent above?

The coil is not that complicated of an item. Isn't it just a bunch of wire wrapped around in a circle that creates a magnetic pull when energized which opens or closes the valve?

When this happened to me, I just ordered a bunch of 24vac coils from ebay and amazon. I might have spent $100 bucks. I picked the tightest one, gooked it up with die electric grease, and stuck it on. It has been working 10 years +. There is nothing special about a 24vac coil; you just need it as tight as possible to the stem.

I’ve had this same coil burn out. Searched everywhere and couldn’t find anyone that would help me with a part number and couldn’t find similar specs anywhere. The interior diameter of the coil was the issue. I didn’t feel comfortable using the incorrect size so I bit the bullet and bought the entire gas valve. I was afraid if I Jerry rigged it and something happened the insurance company wouldn’t be happy at all!
washNVacs recommendation may be something to look into.

I had an issue with the previous gas valve on this same boiler with the diaphragm not opening. I kept that gas valve in a box next to the boiler for 3-4 years. Looked at it one day and tossed it out. About 3 weeks later was when I needed the coil.
