We just had a decent snow storm here on the coast in SC and this morning I noticed when a customer turns on the HP soap the pump doesn't turn on. I checked the tank and it had some sludge floating on top but I cleaned it out. I checked after noticing and its all of my bays

I have had the bays shut down since Tuesday so I know it hasn't ran and pulled any sludge into the pump.

All other HP functions are fine.

There might be a broken wire or loose connection on the rotary switch stack that is used for the motor starter. Check to see if there's voltage going to the motor starter wire at the rotary switch in the bay box when soap is selected.

Thanks,
Are saying the High Pressure pump isn't starting/running when you select High Pressure soap out in the bay? If that's the case start with what OurTown has suggested.

If it's all of the bays I doubt it's any sort of electrical problem. The bays are all electrically isolated from each other. The only thing in common is the tank setup. If you had sludge in the tank and on the screen that sludge has plugged up the manifold under the tank and possibly the lines running to each soap solenoid.
