What autocashiers do you have? I have 6 older D&S 5000 units all with Unitec Wash Select II auto cashiers and the autocashier send a text message to my cell phone for many fault codes including when the wash is out of service. We used to use an answering service but quit because we got complaints from customers so now we use cell phones and preprinted cards customers can fill out. Our Problem notices indicated to call the cell between 7AM and 7PM or use a card after hours. They can also leave a message on the cell and we respond within 24 hours.
