I have the PDQ 4000's with VT and would like to know if there is a manual for VT calibrations? We have the older sonics (large blue) and can no longer buy them according to our distributor. Not sure if we have a bad sonic or if it just needs to be calibrated more often. They want alot to change one bay over to the new sonics. Any suggestions would be apprciated.

Thanks,
Paul

The PDQ VT manual has installation as well as calibration instructions in it.

Paul, if you need help calibrating the VT, please feel free to call our tech service group and they will walk you through the process. There is also a way to test each ultrasonic independently to see if they are working properly.

The tech is right about the ultrasounds, we no longer sell the large blue ones, we have an update kit to switch the VT over to our new style black sensors, they are smaller and much less costly. Contact your distribtor for the update kit.
Once the machine is calibrated it should not need to be calibrated again. The Vt holds the calibration in memory even if power is lost. If the unit is mis measuring chances are one of the ultrasounds are failing.
Feel free to call PDQ Tech Support for help in troubleshooting these or any other issues.

What is the list price on each kit and what does it include?
