Computer Batch Reports

I get a daily batch report for CC transactions.

I thought I had hit a record sales day (hooray!) but my elation subsided when I saw 2 cc sales were dated 10/2009(booo!). What the frisbee???


Why would it take that long for a CC sale to process?

How many other crusty, moldy, old sales do I have floating around in cyberspace instead of nestled safely in my bank acct where they belong?

Don't you reconcile your monthly deposits (bank and credit card statements) with your sales numbers?

For the eport system you are referencing. There is a $10/month to have it operational. What happens is that if you don't do enough transactions in a month, they hold everything until you meet their minimum which I believe is $30 for them to make an ACH deposit. That is why you are seeing such a high number of sales but a low number for your deposite, but after their fees and charges, you don't really get much. From what I understood, you would have to do at least $45+ per month in cc's to receive a monthly deposit...I'm no where near that.

It's no fault of Shurvend, but I'm just not seeing the credit card transactions I was hoping to see. Go over your statement with a fine tooth comb and I'm sure that is what you will see. I thought the same thing for a long time until I did some digging.

That is what I will do now; I have multiple cc points at my site so it gets tricky.
