This has happened to me 3 times this year. 2 of the 3 times they pulled out of the that bay (which was now down due to the arch being cocked) and tried again in the next bay over with the same results. None complained. I think that was because they thought they broke something and didnt want to pay for damages. All of them did it after 10:45 pm knowing no one was there. I dont have cameras in my bays like you do but for this very reason i have some lined up for purchase and install. If someone ends up driving down the road draging one of my bridges behind them i what to make sure i get a plate #.

It's obvious the brushes on your carwash damaged this plow. You should buy him a new Stainless Steel Fisher Plow and mount.
