Any way to clean and possible paint our galvanized arches or any ideas to make them look better?

You could cover them with vinyl-coated foam padding.

If you are EE just clean any corrosion the bestyou can and put lots of soap on the cars so the customers can't see out theor windows.

Do you think they are any eyesore? Have you heard customer complaints? It would be a lot of work to clean them up. Depending on how corroded they are you might be able to buff them with a heavy duty compound. If that doesn't work I would try covering them with an epoxy paint or some type of chemical resistant coating. I agree with Earl. Give them more soap.

How about Bollard Covers? Just cut the ends off so they are tubes. Could do an arch for about $200.00

If your arches come apart at the top you could disassemble them and slide them ovr making holes for the jets, or if this is not possible split them down one side spread them and slip them over leaving the split on the non visible side and making holes for the jets.

Here's an idea I have had for my IBA gantries. Going to a local automobile advertising "wrap" signage company and getting a cool design to wrap my stainless in. Mine is still in decent shape but thought it might be attractive anyway. Not sure if the film they use would hold up in the corrosive environment though. If you try it, let me know how it works out.
