I have having trouble getting the right show out in the bay. I am using a white tip for the powder and a aqua tip for the chemical side. My hydrominder is not clogged neither is the tip. Its not putting enough show on the car soap wize. What tips are you guys using for your hp blendco soap?

Under pressure, there should be a 3-6" tube inside of that black tip. Red tip on the alkaline tank is pretty standard.

An aqua tip should be big enough but there are a lot of variables here. You can change the aqua tip to a yellow first and then a brown. I assume all bays look weak. If there is an individual adjustment on each bay you could also adjust up. The bottom line is your not getting enough product out to the bay so you either have to adjust the concentration of the soap or inject more into the stream of high pressure. Be careful about going overboard as these products are very concentrated and therefore very expensive when overused. Your distributor should be more than willing to help you get it dialed in at the right performance while still being cost effective.

If your pump is getting too much fresh water it will not create enough suction to pull in the soap from your hydrominder tank. Try cutting down on your water supply temporary, (slightly close a ball valve) and see if that helps. We have had this problem with several National Pride systems. No mater how strong you mix the soap, if it isn't drawing it in to the pump, it won't show on the car.
