Belanger Top Brush

Is there anyone on the forum who uses a Belanger Top Brush? I'm looking for feedback on its operating performance.

One of our locations uses the belanger top wheel. They experienced some damage issues when it had the cloth mounted horizontally, but they have recently updated to a vertically mounted and it works very well.
