Credit Card Reader covers

I was just cleaning off my WashCard box in my self serve bay that was covered in dirt and even had dirt up inside the reader I had to "very" carefully clean, and got me thinking why hasn't anybody designed a cover for these? I don't mean to steal this picture from 8flyer (awesome wash by the way) but I saw this and I started to draw ideas in my office on a possible cover.

The cover in the picture looks like a Hamilton Bill validator weather shield part #60-0318A list price $25.68

For the card readers it would need to be redesigned, I am drawing up some ideas for washcard to play around with. I don't know if this will take off but it's worth a shot.

It seems like heavy duty stainless steel hinge material & polycarbonate would make sense!
