Soap arch wont turn off??

Our car wash has a magnetic switch thats only purpose is to turn on a soap arch. The soap now will not turn off, any ideas? thanks in advance

Not usre what a "MAgnetic Switch" is but my guess is a stuck solenoid valve. Can you kill power to the valve? If so and it stays open it's stuck.

Depending on the type of valve you may be able to take it apart and find some dirt in it. Otherwise replace.

The switch is an old hanna logo loop switch. When I turn power off and turn power back on then the soap is off.
