Do your homework and then give Wash Worlds tech support a call and have a chat. When I bought my first
Razor, there were none within a reasonable driving distance from me, so an on site inspection of the machine was not really possible. I did my research online (I also was replacing another brand of IBA, so I already knew what I didn't like about it) and read and read on the forum. You won't find too many posts complaining about Wash World machines and you will also read that their customer support is top notch. When I called them for the first time, I talked to Rick for over an hour. That pretty much sealed the deal for me. I would buy another machine in a heartbeat.
