I've been looking at ICS's Auto Sentry flex to sell to a customer, and have no experience with the company. Ha sanyone used it, or have any feedback on the company in general? It does look modern, and seems priced in the general ballpark.
I wouldn't use it at an inbay. Small glitches that aren't a big deal at an attended tunnel can shut down an unattended inbay until someone discovers there is a problem and resets it. I don't believe it has any kind of paging or texting capability to alert an operator that it is down or low on change or paper like the Unitec does.
I have their EXP (last generation) at a tunnel. My understanding is the the software is identical, the Flex just adds hardware features.
The ICS paystations can alert you to what ever is going on, out of change, low paper, wash shut down, etc. It can text or email.
Very good paystations, there are a ton installed on an inbay.

Mac, Couple things. Is it for training and setup? Will you be new to ICS washconnect? There is alot to take in, however if it is just for training, then 3 days is a little much. 1-2 days would be just fine for training only..
