IVS carpet shampoo pump tubes

I have a IVS carpet Wizard (circa 2002) that needs the pump tubes replaced. I ordered the wrong ones from KleenRite. I called to get the correct part number but they told me to call Ginsan for a part #. Haven't made any progress with Ginsan, so here I am...Anyone know the part 3 for the tubing for this machine? I know each pump takes a slightly different ID.

Due to the age of your unit it may not be one manufactured by Industrial Vacuum Systems or Ginsan. If it has one big door on the front that is a unit that was manufactured for IVS by Fragramatics and private labelled. We do not have any parts for those units and you would need to contact Fragramtics.

If the unit has 3 doors on the front the part number for the tube kit is 5145110 and is available through Kleen Rite.

Who did you speak to at Ginsan?
