I have a gt700 with a error code 600 showing up periodically and shutting the car wash down. This error tells me to check the last error which could have happened 24 hours previously. The car wash is shutting down away from home even though the environmental settings are set to go home. Any suggestions would be appreciated

If I remember correctly, the 600 code means "Wash received start signal when not at home." I had a GT500 that would throw a COO code, then a 600 code at least every day, thus shutting the machine down until the reset button was hit. After a lot of time and money, Mk7 put an electric filter in the low voltage side of the machine. That fixed the problem, but like I said, it was a long time ago. God am I glad that machine is gone...:D

SW Indiana melon fields.
6-0-0 is not the problem, just the result. You need to go into the error log in the data menu. There should be some error logged that caused the machine to shut down when it wasn't at home. Once you have that error you should be pointed in the right direction.

Thank you. I was having B10 problems hours before the 600 error code but I changed the boom valve and had no errors since

Hi all, sorry for hijacking this thread, but I can't find how to start a new thread......

I have a markVii 7 GT-700. I am getting a top boom error about 1/3 of the time. The error always occurs as the boom is making its first drop on the front end of the car. The boom fails to fully drop and tilt, and then completes the was with no boom tilt or drop. As this only happens at the front and first boom drop, the thought was there was electrical noise when the tank fill solenoids activate. We added MOV 25v RMS "diodes" to the fill solenoids on both tanks. Washed over 6 cars with no issues. Then as I leave wash the error codes begin again.

THOUGHTS??.

After the boom goes down at the front of the car, does it make the tilt towards the car? Then, when the boom goes up and the Gantry goes to the back, is the Stop light flashing or steady? If is flashing, at the end of the wash the CMI will show an error code, what was that code?

It could be that the boom failed to do the tilt, or fail to count the pulses when was coming down. Other issue I saw with this boom is the inlet hose to the boom got stuck with the rail on the side and doesn't let the boom travel properly, so the pulsar doesn't count the movement properly.

Check your error codes at the end of the wash an go from there.

Good luck !!

Actually in my case, the boom was dropping too fast. My first thought was dropping to slow so I initially made the problem worse. The correction was with the air pressure in the pneumatic panel. No boom errors in quite a while.
