We are trying some QualChem products in our EE tunnel. Product works well and seems to have a good cost per car, but using the ultralean tips, we have an on going problem with clogged tips. Anyone have any ideas?

If you are using RO Reject water for your chemistry it can react like that with the Q High.I also use QualChem products I have the same issue but just with high PH products.
I don't know why more people don't do this more often. So much easier then dealing with all the problems. This has worked for me for quite a long time. You can actually tip the second line side as well to get tighter controls on tip sizes as well.An easy way to eliminate the fluctuations and problems with ultralean tips is to not use them. Just put a tee in front of the eductor on the hydrominder and run a second tube from the t into the tank. That will put at least 50% more water in the mix tank depending on the size of tube you use...
