Anybody have an idea why the tire/wheel cleaner motor will not come on? Will not switch on from any of the bays so that eliminates the 10 position selector switch as being an issue. How can I test? Funny that I can take apart a Water Wizard and put one back together but I've never had to deal with the Super Saver stuff. Is there a fuse? All other functions are fine.

There should be a breaker and a relay - follow the motor wiring backward and you should find the problem. It may lead you all the way back to the PLC and a failed output there, but it's unlikely to be that. They're very reliable.

It's also possible that the pump or motor has failed.
 
In the super saver

In the super saver you should have four black pull fuses in the lower right corner. To test get a jumper wire and touch # 1 (#1 is the 24volt hot)on any of the bay terminals and look on the chart on the door to see which other terminal is for tire cleaner when you touch them you should hear the coil for the air side click and the motor turn on. If the fuse is blown either your motor is drawing to many amps or your procon pump is locking up which overloads the motor.You can also check the low chem switch in your tank to make sure it is working or look in the super saver at the top right you will see a light on one of the 5 relays if the chem tank is low or out.
 
Thank you for the info. I did determine (by your help) that the coils were opening however the motor was not starting. So I am guessing the motor is bad whcih I am pulling off tomorrow. Thank you again for the info. It is really great since we do not have free tech support from Coleman anymore
 
I tested the motor and it is fine. Now the foam brush is down as well. Any other thoughts? The IDX10 is showing lights. You did hear the click of the motor but it just won't run. Maybe not enough voltage getting there? In my last "free call" from Coleman, Lonnie said to jump a wire from #3 on the IDX on the right to the one on the left. Then touch #1 on the bay strip to #9 (tire cleaner). That did turn the pump on. But now it appears that I have no power at either pump. All of the other features are functional. I believe the triple foam is working as well. I think I am chasing my tail. Any help would be appreciated. Unfortuantely I don't have any Coleman repair people close by Pensacola or I'd hire some one to do it.
 
I did notice the low chem light is on for the foam brush. But the float works fine (moves)in the tank. Do those floats go bad?
 
Whatever is causing the low chem light to be on is what's preventing the motors from running. The float switches are probably bad, and you can bypass it to test.
 
The low water red indicator light is on the "Hot Water" relay in the super saver. I thought it was the foam brush as the label above the relays was misplaced. However with a new float in the foam brush (that obviously did not need it), can anyone tell me where the "hot water" is and maybe where the float is?

One additional please. I called Coleman parts and talked to Evan there and described a problem with what I thought was a bad valve. My Bay #3 is weeping, although the toggle is turned off. I asked what it needed and he said the toggle probably needed replacing. No too bad at $6 bucks as they were screwing me on the float switches and overnight delivery that I did not need anyway. Problem is, the turn off valve did not stop the problem. Anyone have any idea what would cause to weep? Maybe a new solenoid?
 
If you mean the hot water tank look on top of the super saver there is a lid open it there is the water,float and low water float switch. On the bay that is weeping there is a poly tube running to the bottom of the pump bend it like you would a garden hose to stop the flow if that stops it. If it does replace the 1/4" valve on the pump. How old is your equipment and can you post pics of the inside of the super saver because they have several designs.
 
I have determined that the hot water tank and the cold water tank are one in the same. I am guessing that some Supersavers actually heat the water. There is a float in the bottom of the tank. But I am wondering, does that float effect the foam brush-tire cleaners-triple foam motors from coming on? I hear a click when I touch 24v to #9 or #10 but the motors will not start
 
Where does the click come from? It can't be from the motors. If they're good and they're getting power, they'll run, and you've confirmed they're good. There must be a relay, fuse or breaker problem. Trace the 110V wire from the motor backward and check each circuit and connection, which I suggested earlier in this thread.

The super saver does not have hot and cold water it is only hot. The float in the bottom is the low water level float switch it has nothing to do with the foam brush-tire cleaners-triple foam motors. Take the procon pump off the foam brush motor then jump the wires and see if the motor turns on.
 
Thank you everyone for all of the help. Took a while but finally determined that the IDX-10's were bad. We had a lightning storm a couple of weeks ago and it must have fried them.

My tank by the way does not have a heater in it so I only have cold water. Maybe the previous owner removed it.
