Is a washworld touchfree machine capable of programming a top-tier, super expensive wash package with multiple soap, wax, foam and hp passes?

Do you have experience with this?

“Any” in-bay automatic can be made to offer a super expensive wash package.

For example, step one is foam detergent (base, fast break) with color and scent (takes the place of tri-foam).

Step two high-pressure wash.

Step three is hot wax (acidic) or similar super-hydrophobic. Note - hot wax does require lava effect to work.

Step four is setting rinse with spot-free water.

nah; that's not enough of a pkg to offer at $16. I was thinking 4 soap passes, hp rinse, lava bath w/l.e.d. light, hotwax, hp rinse 2 then spot free.

If you can convince people to pay $16 for the package you described, more power to you.

However, does four passes of soap actually clean three times better than one or are they just paying for more soap?

Likewise, does the lava bath provide value-added (clean, shine or protect better) or is it just a fancy light show?

Lastly, what if customers find that buying the basic wash and upgrading to just hot wax produces same quality as $16 wash?

The latest Washworld Razor allows 20 cycles to be programmed per wash package. We increased the number of wash cycles available, because several customers asked to have the ability.

I just seen a new Razor two weeks ago that was a two step cleaning process "lph & hph" it also had triple coat, total body protectant, clear coat it was all in the top package for $12.00 if you wanted to upgrade to a lava arch it was a $3.00 upgrade to any of the 3 wash packages.

I have a Razor and my top package is $14. $8, $10, $12, $14. The $8 and the $14 are my top sellers. I have a Ryko next to it priced the same.

i think 4 soap passes with all that dwell could only clean better.

Doubt they'd experiment too much w/lower priced pkg and compare/contrast. Remember the customer is there for convenience not to do a side by side test.

Customers: they want a clean car. they like show and smell too. Some people get the top just because it is the top. If (to the customer) it looks and smells like it's worth it, then it is worth it.

Waxman,

There is a local gas station with a Laser 360 charging $16 for the following:

2 step presoak
Underspray and wheel/rocker spray
Triple Foam Polish
Hot Wax
Spot Free Rinse
Dry- machine mounted

The Hot wax is the only difference from this package and the one below it, which is $11. On the $11 package, they use Double Bond instead of the Hot Wax. I mention this because this wash did not see the need to increase their presoak applications in the bump up to $16, so you might not need to - but I know every location is different.

Time is a factor too - with a machine mounted dry, one or two more presoak passes would make this wash very long, which for $16, I am sure customers want.

Only one high pressure pass but it is at a slower speed.
