Credit card skimmers

Has any one had a problem with Credit card skimmers? I had this happen one day last week and the charge back was almost 100.00. The fraud dep. called me and said it was not the customers fault and I said it wasn't mine either. If anybody has had this problem let me know what your merchant told you.

I'm missing how/why you are being charged anything. I assume that someone tested 10 cards at your wash?

They used 12 different card with twelve different account #'s and merchant charged back the money spent with fraud card and they got the wash.

What credit card system are you using? in the bay or automatic? Who is your processor that is trying to stick you?
