I am using a powders soap.. Currently the most affordable product on the market for self serve bays. I have no tip in my Hydrominder's and still find I am getting very little product show in my bays. Does anyone have a cost effective self serve liquid or powder they recommend?

I do not want to kill myself on costs, however I do want my wash's to shine...

Are you sure your lines aren't clogged from the soap tank to the pump?
I use Kleen-Rite orange cream. Customers love it.
I have a friend that has used Blendcoe for years. He really likes it.

sounds like line is stopped up like JMMUSTANG said or you have some stuck solenoids or bad relay.

Are you mixing the powder in a barrel and drawing it with a Hydrominder with no tip, and still not getting any "show?" Just mix it stronger.

I use pH sensing system which sprays water over a basket with powder soap inside the tank - I only have to scoop more into the basket once a day.

The powdered soap I like is Scotch Plaid's "Red Hot," which has a lot of cleaning power and a lot of suds. It's about $110 for 100 lbs, each of which lasts about 10 days.

We also use the spray nozzles ,over a basket( for high pressure soap). Is this a new problem? if it is check that you have soft water, that would be my only other thought.

I had a hard water issue that created a noticable difference in my hp soap suds. My hardness would go from 0-1.5 grains to 7 grains depending on the level of my softener tanks. When it was at 7 grains I would get very little product show. I had to jack up the soap (increased it by 50%) just to get the same level of show.
