I have been using the Kleen-rite guk600w for several years and have not had any complaints about reliability. I do change out my guns at least every 2 years, if not sooner, because they start to look beat up from being dropped on the floor.

We had a similar discussion a few months back and I was surprised that the Giant gun (p# pu21255) was so popular. I had a lot of freezing problems when I was using them. My closest competitor uses them and has freeze up several times a year, but I'm keeping my mouth shut.

I use the 21295 which has a brass discharge fitting, is a good bit cheaper than the 21255, and haven't had a bit of trouble with them. I can't imagine that fitting would make any difference with them freezing though.

I've been pretty happy with giant 21295. They usually look like they need replacing before they actually break.

I guess I'm the unlucky one. I bought 10 of them several years back. Within a couple of months I had installed about half of them. Nearly all of them were "full-on" from the git-go, flew out of the wand holders and whipped around the bay. Of course, I immediately replaced them with more of the same guns and sent the defective ones back. K/R didn't replace them, but sent them to Giant for inspection. Within a couple of months I got them back, but had needed more guns in the meantime so bought a few more...I know, I know, I'm a dumb bass. Anyway, I had more of the same crap eventually and just couldn't get rid of them fast enough. Total piece of crap, IMO. I have been using the Suttner ST-1500 ever since and am well pleased.

We used to use the Kleen-Rite GUK600W gun but had way too many problems with them sticking full On. We went to the Suttner ST1500W and haven’t had any issues with them in the 10 years or so we've been using them
