I tried them, I was very pleased with the product, service, pretty much everything about the company and the soaps - except for one thing. I couldnt smell the scent. I talked to them about increasing the scent, or selling me additional scent separately, but no go. Scent is very important to me, that was a deal breaker.
FYI, that was 6 or 8 years ago, perhaps things have changed.

Thanks - that is good to hear. How did you like the presoak? I know some of the SS presoaks are neutral and relatively useless, did you find this to have some cleaning power?
