Lasts much longer than any of artificial brushes, gets into nooks and crannies, and having material at each angle reduces if not eliminates the "banging" that occurs with the $9 green guys out of the catalog. We made the change a few months back, have done in the neighborhood of 30,000 cars with the new brushes and there are no visible signs of wear and tear.

Yes, you can almost wash the entire side of the car in 3 passes. The side wings soften the banging around mirrors also.

By far the best brush for prep. I have tried them all and this round hogs hair brush is the one to use!
