I've had trouble with fragramatics customer service dealing with a repair order. Anyone else have trouble with them?

What sort of trouble are you having?

I've dealt with them for over 20 years, half of those working for a distributor. I've never had any issues with them.

Sent a digital vac timer out on the 8th to get new bulbs. Package would've been received on the 10th but naturally they are closed on Fridays. I have tried calling and leaving voicemails. Sent 3 emails. Finally got in touch with Kelly yesterday. She said post office still hasn't redelivered the package. She HAS the notice. I kindly asked her to send someone down to get the package at the post office. She said no problem I will do that today ( the 22nd). I checked tracking on it again today. They post office still hasn't delivered and they haven't went and picked up my timer. Sooo Saturday the 25th will be 15 days. The post office is going to return to sender. I paid $16 priority with insurance to send it. My vac has been out of service since the 8th of April. It's not looking like it will be IN service until sometime next month at this point. It is total bs.

You can order replacement LED segments from mouser.com, just make sure you replace them all at once.

I don't know if Fragramatics will repair those timers themselves. I suspect they will send them to IDX for repairs.

Yes, they send them to IDX, and they'll charge $36 per segment to replace the LED panels.

Finally got my timer back today may 7th. Called mouser and ordered 10 bulbs just to have extras. They were $2.80 a piece.
Thanks again for the heads up on mouser. They seem like a great company!

Anything electronic I believe Fragramatics sends out to be repaired, like back to company that manufactured it originally, IDX, Dixmor etc. The last MA-800 coin acceptor I sent to IDX only took 2 tries and 31/2 months to get it fixed.
