Currently, I have a presoak arch that applies Hi pH Pre-soak and about 36 inches later the Lo pH shampoo is applied prior to my Top Brush. I know this process neutralizes both products for cleaning and drying.

My question is I would like to change the Lo Ph Shampoo to a neutral for the high foaming show as well as a significant cost saving And after my top brush install a set of foam heads for the Lo Ph Shampoo.

Will this be OK to do? Will the neutral prior to the lo pH shampoo be ineffective for cleaning as well as drying?

The only way to know for sure is to test the pH of the vehicle surface after the second application. It depends on the strength of your Hi pH Presoak. My guess is that it will affect drying to some degree and possibly cleaning slightly depending on how well your friction works. Ultimately you will have to balance the cost versus performance on what is acceptable to you.

Ditto.

FWIW - Addittional thoughts. KR Low PH is about $10.00 per 5 Gallons more than their neutral. I know the Sheet foaming arches use a boatload of product. (That's why I don't use it:)

My setup now using the Mr. Foamer, Foamers and my Home made bubbler arch (one flo jet at 20 psi) looks like this:

I now use only Low PH from KR at 600 /1 in the Mr. Foamers Preceded with a Pre Saok arch at same dilution usion .03 nozzles. That arch is mainly to help the foam flow out of the rain channels so the cars don't leave with foam running out.
All water feeds have low PH soap in the as well but very diluted.

IMO installing a second set of foam heads is a waste where you describe If the customer is still in the car because the vision is still obscured and they can't really see it.
