I have a BC-2800 changer that is starting to look it's age of 10 years. I would like to cover the existing screen printed image on the faceplate with a custom decal made by my local sign shop. Problem is I don't quite know what I want it to look like. Has anyone done this and have a picture that they could share?

I do know that I want to incorporate my logo, which bill denominations are accepted (1,5,10 &20), and the payout $1 = 4 q's, $5 = 4 q's and 4 dollar coins etc.
I absolutely want to eliminate the "push for return" button that has never been hooked up. Any ideas on how to fill that in? Most of my machines have a carriage bolt filling the hole where the button used to be. If I am putting a new decal on it I would like it to be flush if possible.

I've done this on my Unitec's and my American Changers. To plug the holes place a piece of aluminum tape over the hole from the inside then fill and smooth the hole with bondo.

I've filled holes in stainless doors with JB Weld - you'd have to use the stick mix on a vertical surface, then do like Ric said and plug the hole from one side with tape and fill it from the other.

I made custom meter box decals with Adobe Illustrator - there are freeware versions you might try since AI costs around $700. It's pretty easy to get a layout done to your measurements which seems to be the hardest part for the pros to get right.
