Looking at leasing my first car was. Thoughts, opinions, advice?

I'd definitely recommend setting aside some budget for unexpected repairs, even if everything was winterized. Upgrading to modern payment options like card readers is a great idea too—I saw a noticeable bump in business after adding those. Plus, partnering with the gas station could bring in...

    Car Wash Cleaning

I use a commercial cleaning service that comes in twice a month to spruce up the car wash bays. It costs me around $400 each time. They do a thorough job, making sure everything is clean. The convenience of having professionals handle it is definitely a plus for me. It saves me the bother of...

I want to start in the car wash business

Starting a hand car wash in Miami is a great idea, and I can offer some specific advice. When deciding whether to rent land or buy, take your budget and long-term goals into account. Renting can be cost-effective initially, but owning offers long-term investment potential. Location is...

No Pressure for Spot Free to 1 SS Bay

The Spot Free in one of my SS bays isn't working. I am receiving 120 V on my Dema (normally open) solenoid. The 1/3 HP motor is coming on. I installed a new rotary vane pump(clockwise rotation) to the motor. I have a new pressure valve, yet I'm getting no reading on my pressure gauge and no...

Spot Free water volume has decreased to a trickle.

Thanks for your reply. Couple of follow-up questions, for you. Would a clogged membrane be observable by removing the membrane or could the clog be internal, requiring replacement? As for the 1/3 HP motor, it appears to be running well. Can it lose it's rpm without my hearing the change?

Spot Free water volume has decreased to a trickle.

What could the cause be. I have an older model fro Gin San, I believe. 40" membrane with a 2" and 10 " pre-filter.

After reading your response, I took a look at all my options and believe it's the 1/3 hp pump.

Rinse Free dosen't work in one of my bays

It is an older system, I believe from Gin San. 3 filters with water to holding tank. When demanded from bay, solenoid (diaphragm) opens to allow water to flow. Pressure controlled by KR pressure regulator (low pressure type). When doesn't flow I can rap against the pressure reg. and it will...

Rinse Free dosen't work in one of my bays

When the rinse free is selected in the bay, I can hear an electrical hum in the equipment room. If I tap on the regulator the motor will come on. I have changed out the regulator with another bay, same issue. I've also change the solenoid and replaced the diaphragm to no avail. Electrical...
