What could the cause be. I have an older model fro Gin San, I believe. 40" membrane with a 2" and 10 " pre-filter.

Usually clogged membrane or failed pump, although if you have a Water Lovers system it could be several other things. What do the flow meters read?

Thanks for your reply. Couple of follow-up questions, for you. Would a clogged membrane be observable by removing the membrane or could the clog be internal, requiring replacement? As for the 1/3 HP motor, it appears to be running well. Can it lose it's rpm without my hearing the change?

You can't see the clog. Currently your symptoms don't indicate for sure that your membrane is clogged.

That's what the gauges and flow meters are for. What are they reading?

Concentrate 100 psi. Pump Outlet 125 psi. Feed 40 psi.

What about the flow meters? You should be able to close the reject valve and get the reject/product ratio at about 2:1 without exceeding 200 PSI.
