If you have tile over concrete, You can knock the old tile off and just re tile it. We did ours with large 16 inch floor tile we got from home depot on sale. It's rugged and it looks fine. the plastic stuff is nice when it's new but it gets beat up. It's also pricey. Good luck
Blower motor removal
Removal is made easy with the rental of a warehouse style fork lift. We simply un bolt the motor with the fan attached and lift the entire unit up and out. then install the fan unit on the new motor and drop back in place. It's about a 2 hour job if you have everything...
any idea where we can source one of these other than from Jim Coleman Co? Their prices are off the charts on most stuff and I would love to find an alternative supplier. The motor is a Hyundai model HK215KL135Z Crown signature. thanks
