Did you start with a clean fresh container ? Some chemicals are not compatible. Even though both are for the same purpose. Seen gelling many time.

For me a petit it is over priced. Yes it is fast but those close to me just don't clean as well as the machines they replaced. One had an old DS that was on it last leg but it cleared my Jeep and my Van much better especially the windshield.

Guys, while researching the different models of China manufactured IBA's. I noticed that most of them call IBA as self-services machine. So some may be not comparing apples to apples but apples to oranges in this thread.

If you have the LTT800 that is a display model tied to a remote timer. If you have the LTT802 then you have the timer model. If the LTT800 is resetting then the issue is the remote timer. If the LTT802 is resetting then check the timer wiring harness for breaks in the power wires . Also you...

I had an old wash years ago that had the same issue. We found that the HP hose to each bay had broken down inside and soap, and tire cleaner was trapped in the walls. Had to replace all the feed hoses between the pumping rack and the booms. That fixed my problem.

Check voltage at transformer. If it is 24+ then you have bad connection on a wire somewhere.. if it is 22 volts check your transformer how it is wired.

It has been many years since I tore down a 31DS . The difference if I remember correctly was the plungers were shorter and the crank slightly different ,everything else was the same .

My experience has been when the contractor hums is not enough current. Check the common side of the coil as well as the signal wire / hot .

The GT200 will count up in seconds when it sees power on the white wire time hot. You just have to enable credit. Depending on your credit card system you may need to add a relay to handle the load. When a customer cancels / stops the card session the GT200 will start the scrolling message.

The way I see it if any wires are broken of burned you will lose services . the 10 position switch needs 9 wires for services , 1 for motor starter and 2 for power or a total of 12. Good luck
