That shuttle prox I have not outsourced. I have done it w the butterfly carriage proxes, encoders, cables etc. I’ll be at wash tomorrow and will see if I can get part #. Those aren’t proprietary. Do you have or know a rep that sells Belanger parts in case you can’t find them?

I offer it at one high volume 4/2 site and the only reason was tunnel was moving in. I implemented it a year before they opened. Tunnel gave me a little haircut but back to normal again. If you have close competition and you’re still slammin’ what’s your reason for wanting it?

3 to 5x the gross with the dirt is the normal from what I’ve always experienced. The numbers are good but as mentioned above check wash counts and have someone who knows what they’re looking at look the machines over.
Really depends on how bad what I want to clean is. I’ve done 4 to 1 and 2 to 1. Just start high dilution. Wear a mask. Don’t want to breathe this stuff in
