It's been done. Works best in middle income or higher communities.
My friend converted one 3/2 in a semi rural solid middle income area and even though some vocal customers got all pissed and said they'd never be back, he stuck with it. Gross revenue went up YOY around 10%.

Going Cashless?
I am building my express tunnel, and really trying to make this an awesome experience for our customers. I have heard a bit about being cashless, and how it reduces employee theft, time getting cash deposited, getting change, and vandalization theft from the pay stations. Major theme parks...
