I need the part number of the 24 VAC solenoid coil shown in the pics below or suitable replacement part number. Please help, any useful info is greatly appreciated!!!! I've exhaustively searched online and I can't seem to find it.
Part numbers involved:
Boiler RayPack H1-0541C Serial Number 1312369831
Gas Valve Part Number Robertshaw #006509F Series 7000DSTRDHHC-1-S7A
I have a RayPack H1-0541C 500K boiler for Floor Heat. Whelp last night at 11:30, I get an automated text my slab temp is below 36°F. I try to reset the boiler remotely, and I can see the circulator pump is running but there is no heat. So off I go to the wash in the middle of the night.
For reference, we just got about 6" of snow yesterday and we're beginning a 3 day stretch of day time highs in the teens and night time lows at or just below 0°F
I troubleshoot, and get the floor heat up and running, but to do so I borrowed parts from my product water boiler. (Raypack H3-0403B-BCCRDAA)
The part I need is on the gas valve, it's the main solenoid coil. Not the solenoid itself. Just the small 24 VAC coil. It's very similar to the coils on the solenoid manifolds we use for low pressure functions like foamy brushes.
Gas Valve: Robertshaw Part No 006509F its a 7000DSTRDHHC-1-S7A Gas Valve. https://www.grainger.com/product/RAYPAK-Gas-Valve-006509F-Mfr-Part-40LY74
See Pics of the coil. The gas valve is $1330 from my local HVAC place, and we know this coil should be like a $15-$30 part. But for the life of me I cant find just the coil online. Please help.
Some measurements of the coil:
The hole inside diameter of the coil is .437" (7/16")
The overall height of the coil is .875" (7/8")
