I would play around with your unloader. You should have about 1000 psi on top gantry nozzles and about 750 psi when all nozzles are on. The other thing you can do is throttle back the reclaim water going to the cat pump. I assume there is a shut off valve controlling the reclaim water line...

I originally purchased Hamiltons in my changers and switched those out to mars within 6 mos due to daily bill jams and headaches. The mars have worked flawlessly on every machine I own. I'm going to have to stick with mars if I can get it changed out. Anyone else?
