New Reclaim Install with JCC Water Wizard 1.0

I would play around with your unloader. You should have about 1000 psi on top gantry nozzles and about 750 psi when all nozzles are on. The other thing you can do is throttle back the reclaim water going to the cat pump. I assume there is a shut off valve controlling the reclaim water line...

    Best Month Ever

Just wanted to wish everyone a good month this month. This is a unique month of October. There are 5 Fridays, 5 Saturdays and 5 Sundays. This occurs once every 823 years so hopefully this will be a record breaking October in the books for everyone.....I'm sure we all could use it.

    Water backflowing into raw chemical

I had similar issues to my ww. Check the level of the water in the bin after it fills up. If the anti syphen hole is right at the water line (or below) when the float shuts the water off then sometimes it will suck the water back into the soap line and back into the soap drum. I think the...

credit card count-up; large timer display?

We accept credit cards in all of our ss bays and our display starts at $2 which we set it at and clicks up in .25 cent increments. There is no time involved what so ever. If you think about it people aren't really interested in how much time they spend in the bay but rather how clean their car...

changer addition...rowe vs. hamilton vs. american

I did have a few hopper problems but it didn't compare to the every other day bill acceptance problems that I had with the XE validators. It was a huge relief off my back after I switched to the mars and will never use any other validator other than mars. I had 2 coincos in my Unitec's that...

changer addition...rowe vs. hamilton vs. american

Agreed. I had daily red lights on my 2 changers with my XE validators and it was the most frustrating thing of my whole wash. A friend came up to me and said I love your wash but the changers seem to be always out of money. Red light to customers means no money in the changer. So next week...

    Bill to Bill Breaker

Wondering what if anyone has recommendations on a bill to bill breaker other than American? I have 2 bill breakers at 2 different locations that dispenses $5's for 10's and 20's and I am having weekly issues with the fujitsu dispensers. The validators are Mars and not having any issue with...

    Replace Entry Wizard 2.0

DClark are you saying that you converted your Rowe validators inside your entry wizard to Mars? If so how did you do it and how is it going? My Rowes in the Entry Wiz are less than a year old.

    Replace Entry Wizard 2.0

Not sure I follow. I'm not having anything rebuilt. As of right now I am looking to replace or convert my Rowes in my Entry Wizards over to Mars validators to eliminate bill jams and finicky acceptance. The one direction rowes just arent' working for my customers. Other problem is that it...

    Replace Entry Wizard 2.0

I will ask again but my equipment rep said he spoke to them directly and that there was no conversion. Would be nice to have, had another weekend of jammed bills.

    Replace Entry Wizard 2.0

I originally purchased Hamiltons in my changers and switched those out to mars within 6 mos due to daily bill jams and headaches. The mars have worked flawlessly on every machine I own. I'm going to have to stick with mars if I can get it changed out. Anyone else?

    Replace Entry Wizard 2.0

I am also looking into switching out the Rowe bill acceptor to a Mars acceptor in the JC Entry Wizard. Has anyone done this successfully? I've already spoke with Jim at Etowah Valley and he doesn't have a solution due to the all the JC parts. I have consistant bill jams with the Rowe and need...
