I am unable to get the state of the entry door off of 3 (down after eyes clear). I've tried new banner sensors, the output light stays on and turns off when blocked. Input X44 (front door eye) is not on as well. Any ideas what the issue could be? Thank you!

Thank you. Would it still do this even with the Presoak mixing at the pump and not above the bay? During the presoak function the product runs trough the same hose from the pump to the bay as rinse.

The problem ended up being a bad wire to the soap solenoid.

I don't have a common on the switch. I put a jumper from 11 and 21. Is that correct? I feel like I have something wrong on the switch but I have the rinse wired the same way.

My next question. If the function wires are place on the second stack and the motor starter wires and power in wire is place on the first stack would that cause the fuse to blow on a Dixmore DX300 timer when the switch is placed in a high pressure function position?

On an eight position rotary dial does the motor starter wire go to terminal 21 and have jumper wires to the other high pressure terminals? Thanks for your help.

I would call Hamiltion, they have always been very helpful for me. From my experience I would say your validator or stacker needs to be serviced or replaced.

I am installing a seal kit in an actuator that controls the mitter brushes on an Autec. Does anyone have any experience with this procedure? I am curious the best way to remove the spanner nut on the right hand side. It appears the mounting bracket is in the way. Any help is greatly appreciated.
