    Low pressure function issue

I swapped pumps and still had the same results and the other function is working with both pumps.

    Low pressure function issue

I am working on an older Gin San self serv system that is equipped with GC manifold blocks for product and air which is delivered by flojets. The tire cleaner is only producing air in the bay with very little product. I have set the product and air gauges to several different settings but...

3535 big cat pump head rebuild

Just to clarify I have sent heads for a re bore that already have the R stamped on them.

3535 big cat pump head rebuild

Doesn't Cat warranty the heads one time? I have sent several to them and they return them with an R stamped on it to verify the head has been returned. I have used Kleen Rite a couple of times for a re bore, they sent them to Cat and they always say the heads are not repairable.

Need help with our PDQ Lazerwash 4000

For the past few weeks we started getting a low water in main tank error. I followed all the manual suggestions and finally decided to change the low water switch. One day later the same error code came back so I personally watched several washes and could never get the fault. The fault seems...

    Signs

I am sure this has been brought up in other threads but I am feeling lazy tonight. Do free vacuum tokens increase you IBA revenue?

    Need your opinions

We have had an ongoing issue of customers leaving mulch, manure, mud, rocks, etc. in our self serve bays. I am thinking about having signs made that say Please Be Courteous To The Customers Behind You. Clean Up All Heavy Soil Left In Bay. Do you think I am wasting my time and money? Does...

    New IBA friction? Any suggestions?

My top three are... 1.Oasis 2.PDQ 3.Washworld If you want a machine that cleans very well and you are willing to do what it takes to learn the equipment then go with an Istobal.

    Istobal?

The problem has been resolved, I found a broken wire that sends an input that the on board dryers are in the up position. Istobals can be very difficult to diagnose, especially if you have no formal training on them. I've had to teach myself how to read the schematics and the inputs/outputs...

    Istobal?

Are any members here familiar with an Istobal M12+? I am getting an error code for a fan transfer and the manual points to on board dryers, we don't have on board dryers. Trying to get help from Istobal is virtually impossible. Thanks!

    Check Valve Suggestion

I assume when the solenoid is configured the way you suggest it will prevent back flow as long as it's closed. I'm having a hard time understanding how it will work. Seems to me soap would constantly go through the solenoid the way they are now if back flow is possible in reverse.

    Check Valve Suggestion

We are using city pressure rinse that is controlled by another solenoid. Could you confirm my earlier post asking if I understand Mep's suggestion? Thank you!

    Check Valve Suggestion

Let me make sure I understand what you recommend. The soap and wax do have separate solenoids at each pump. I could do away with the check valves if I bring the soap and wax in through the out side of the solenoid? Here is the type of solenoids we are using...

    Check Valve Suggestion

I can try that, thank you. Not sure if it matters but the water is gravity fed as well from a holding tank and is fed through a 1/2" hose.

    Check Valve Suggestion

Our high pressure soap and wax is gravity fed through a solenoid valve followed by a check valve before they mix with water and enter the pump. What type of check valve do you all recommend I use here? Here is what we presently have...

    Wyndstar MT Closing Problem

Periodically one of our entry doors is not closing all the way, after payment the door will open but when it goes to close it will stop about half way down. I've tried Wyndstar tech. support but I've been unable to get through. I've checked the closing cam when the door is stuck but it does...
