Istobal?

Are any members here familiar with an Istobal M12+? I am getting an error code for a fan transfer and the manual points to on board dryers, we don't have on board dryers. Trying to get help from Istobal is virtually impossible.

I know nothing about the Istobal M12 but I would like to know have they resolved this and more about Istobal customer service.

The problem has been resolved, I found a broken wire that sends an input that the on board dryers are in the up position. Istobals can be very difficult to diagnose, especially if you have no formal training on them. I've had to teach myself how to read the schematics and the inputs/outputs. They clean very well when they are working properly. As far as Istobals customer service, it is hit or miss. I have attempted to sign up for one of their classes three times and each time they fail to follow up with me. They definitely could use some improvement on their tech support.
